About Dr. Davis

Dr. Ryan Davis is a psychiatrist and performance coach who works with adolescents, adults, and elite performers navigating the intersection of mental health, identity, achievement, and performance under pressure. His practice focuses on ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, executive functioning, and the unique psychological demands faced by high-achieving individuals in academic, professional, and athletic environments.

In addition to psychiatric care, Dr. Davis integrates principles from performance psychology, behavioral science, and mental skills training to help patients improve resilience, focus, emotional regulation, and overall functioning. Dr. Davis has worked extensively with competitive and professional athletes, including collegiate and PGA TOUR players, helping individuals perform more consistently in high-pressure environments.

He is also certified in hypnotherapy and maintains a clinical interest in thoughtful medication management, including the careful reduction or deprescribing of psychiatric medications when appropriate. His approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in both clinical expertise and a practical understanding of modern performance culture.

Dr. Davis completed psychiatric training through Harvard Medical School and UCLA. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Grayson Murray Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to mental health access and advocacy.
