We diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric and psychological conditions affecting children, adolescents, and adults. Care is individualized and may include psychotherapy, medication management, or a combination of approaches.
Depression & Mood Disorders
Depression and other mood disorders involve prolonged sadness, low motivation, irritability, and loss of interest that significantly affect daily functioning. Includes major depressive disorder, persistent depressive disorder, and bipolar disorder.
Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety disorders include generalized anxiety, social anxiety, separation anxiety, and panic disorder. They involve persistent, excessive worry and fear that interfere with everyday activities, relationships, and overall well-being.
ADHD
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (formerly ADD) is characterized by persistent patterns of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity that interfere with daily functioning and development in children and adults.
OCD
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder involves intrusive, unwanted thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental acts (compulsions) performed to reduce anxiety. Evidence-based treatments include CBT with exposure and response prevention.
Preconception, Pregnancy & Postpartum
Specialized care for the emotional and psychiatric challenges that can arise while TTC, during pregnancy, and after childbirth, including perinatal depression, anxiety, and adjustment difficulties. Treatment is tailored to support both maternal well-being and the parent-infant relationship.
Menopause
Addresses the mood changes, anxiety, sleep disruption, and cognitive symptoms that can accompany perimenopause and menopause. Our clinicians provide evidence-based psychiatric and psychological support tailored to this stage of life.
PTSD
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder develops after exposure to a traumatic event and involves flashbacks, nightmares, hypervigilance, and avoidance. Evidence-based treatments include EMDR, prolonged exposure therapy, and trauma-focused CBT.
Sleep Disorders & Insomnia
Chronic difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early. Insomnia often co-occurs with anxiety, depression, and other conditions. Treatment includes CBT for insomnia (CBT-I), the gold standard psychological intervention for sleep problems.
Adjustment Disorders
Emotional or behavioral symptoms in response to major life changes such as divorce, relocation, loss of a loved one, or other significant stressors. Symptoms typically include sadness, anxiety, and difficulty coping with daily life.
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Autism, Asperger’s, and other spectrum disorders involve differences in social communication, sensory processing, and behavioral patterns. Treatment focuses on support strategies, skill-building, and addressing co-occurring conditions.
Learning Disorders
Neurodevelopmental conditions that affect the ability to learn or use specific academic skills such as reading, writing, or math. Early identification and targeted interventions can significantly improve academic and emotional outcomes.
Tics & Tourette Syndrome
Tic disorders and Tourette syndrome involve sudden, repetitive movements or vocalizations. Treatment may include behavioral interventions such as habit reversal training and, when indicated, medication to reduce tic severity.
Clinical Services
How We Can Help
Our clinicians offer a range of evidence-based services for children, adolescents, and adults. Each treatment plan is individualized and designed to address your specific needs.
Medication Management
Psychiatric medications can be an integral part of a comprehensive treatment plan for many conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, eating disorders, and behavioral problems. Our psychiatrists always attempt to adhere to evidence-based standards.
Medication & Therapy
All of our psychiatrists can provide psychotherapy services alongside medication management. This combination treatment allows for more cohesive care and affords your psychiatrist a deeper understanding of your situation, in contrast to the more common ‘split-treatment model.’
Individual Therapy
Often called psychotherapy or psychodynamic therapy, individual therapy can help motivated individuals address a range of psychological issues to better cope with various stressors. All of our providers offer individual therapy for a variety of conditions.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Often referred to as CBT, this type of therapy can be utilized for a variety of conditions. However, it has particularly strong evidence to support its use for anxiety disorders (including generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, and PTSD) and depression.
Performance Coaching
Goal-directed coaching designed to help executives, students, and other high achievers manage stress, sharpen focus, and perform at their best under pressure. Sessions emphasize practical strategies for motivation, time management, and resilience rather than treatment of a specific diagnosis.
Sports Psychology
Sports psychology addresses the mental and emotional demands of athletic competition, including performance anxiety, motivation, focus, and recovery from injury. Our providers work with athletes of all levels to strengthen mental resilience and support peak performance.
Exposure and Response Prevention
Often referred to as ERP, this specialized form of CBT is considered the gold-standard treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and related anxiety conditions. Patients are gradually and safely exposed to feared triggers while learning to resist compulsive responses.
CBT for Insomnia
Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is the most effective psychological treatment for sleep problems. 80% of patients fall asleep faster, 80% report clinical improvement in sleep, and 90% reduce or eliminate sleep medications.
Couples Therapy
Therapy focused on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening bonds between partners or spouses. Helps couples develop healthier patterns of interaction and rebuild trust and intimacy.
Family Therapy
Addresses problematic interactions and communication patterns within a family system. Helps family members understand each other’s perspectives and develop healthier ways of relating and resolving conflicts.
Parent Training
Evidence-based guidance to help parents manage challenging behaviors, set appropriate boundaries, and foster positive parent-child relationships. Tailored to the child’s developmental stage and individual needs.
Pharmacogenomic Testing
Provides information about your individual metabolism of various psychotropic medications. It is a quick and painless test that merely requires a DNA sample acquired by a cheek swab.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy uses focused relaxation and guided imagery to access a heightened state of concentration, helping patients address anxiety, chronic pain, habit change, and certain phobias. It is often used alongside other evidence-based treatments to reinforce therapeutic goals and support lasting behavioral change.
Mindful Demedicating
A gradual, closely supervised approach to tapering psychiatric medications when clinically appropriate, combining mindfulness-based strategies with careful medical oversight. Helps patients reduce or discontinue medication safely while minimizing withdrawal symptoms and relapse risk.
